Details: At Peachford, we recognize that emotional, behavioral and chemical dependency problems can affect all areas of a person’s life. Our individualized treatment programs are tailored to address each person’s unique problems and needs. Each patient’s treatment team will assist them in finding and using the tools they need to be able to build a healthier, more positive life. A Masters Level Counselor will offer a free evaluation to determine the most appropriate level of care. If hospitalization is required, the patient and his or her family will work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop an individualized treatment plan. Care is provided by psychiatrists, registered nurses, counselors, social workers, activity therapists, mental health specialists, addiction counselors, educational specialists and other professionals. Throughout the treatment experience, we work together with our patients and their families to encourage the best possible outcome and ongoing plan for success.
