Most often, by the time the person finally seeks treatment, he or she is addicted to more than one substance or behavior. Because addiction is a primary illness, if left untreated it continues to impact all aspects of one’s life: physical, emotional and spiritual. Ridgeview treats the addiction itself, the individual addicted person, and the person’s family. |

Care is provided through a group-oriented setting in which our clients attend group therapy three to five days each week for three hours a day after school. Our focus for our teen group is structure and accountability for thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Additionally, our teen clients will have family therapy sessions to address issues within the family dynamic and provide family education as needed. |
