Drug Court/Department of Corrections General CSTAR Program serves male and female adults 18 years and older. This location provides outpatient treatment, referrals to Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program and Family Counseling Centers residential treatment services. Person(s)-served must have a substance abuse addiction/dependence diagnosis determined by a qualified counselor. Drug Court/DOC General CSTAR program also provides a variety of SATOP services to include assessments, OEP, CIP, WIP and SROP. These services are arranged and provided separately from other levels of care as the services are focused on those with drinking and driving offenses. Clinical services include intensive outpatient and outpatient adult substance abuse treatment services including assessments, case management, individual counseling, group education and group counseling. Drug Court/DOC serves the counties: Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid, Butler and Wright. Drug Court/DOC does not discriminate against individuals without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability, or sexual orientation for individuals seeking treatment. Person(s)-served are referred from a variety of sources including, but not limited to self and family referrals, Probation/Parole officers, Division of Family Services, the judicial system, attorneys, psychiatric programs, physicians and other community agencies. Information regarding program structure and services is provided to all persons-served, family members and referral sources upon admission into the program.
