Details: Recognizing that people at different points in the recovery process need different levels of care, Harris House now offers Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) from 9am-12noon at our South St. Louis location and 6-9pm at our new West St. Louis County location. The Harris House IOP is designed for men and women with alcohol and drug problems who do not require more intensive levels of residential treatment.
