Details: Avalon Crow Wing County Jail outpatient program Brainerd, MN is a licensed, chemical dependency center, specializing in helping those currently incarcerated. Upon release, those who have not completed their treatment may transfer to one of our other community-based outpatient programs or to a program located in their desired county of residence. Our Crow Wing County jail program is located in northern Minnesota in Brainerd. Avalon Crow Wing County Jail also provides chemical health assessments as needed to determine diagnosis, recommendation, and/or referral for individuals having concerns regarding their substance use.
