Details: The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a day time treatment service for individuals who require a structured treatment program either to begin or continue the recovery process but do not need the restrictions or the medicinal monitoring of the residential overnight program. The IOP is open Monday through Friday and patients are required to attend a minimum of twenty-two (22) hours of IOP services per week. There are both morning and afternoon sessions. Treatment modalities include education, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, recreational therapy, stress management programs, etc. Intensive Outpatient Program-Domicile (IOP-D) refers to the same level of treatment but the individual is provided with Room and Board and is expected to follow the rules and guidelines of the Residential Program. Traditional Outpatient Services include individual and family counseling, by appointment only, for individuals who do not need the structured environment to actively participate in services. Specific treatment options are available for individuals who have special needs in the areas of relapse preventions and emotional health. Psychiatric services are also available for evaluations and medicinal reviews.
