Details: Monarch House is a 21-bed residential program for women (between 18 and over) recovering from a substance use disorder and related or co-occurring issues. Services include case management, on-site groups facilitated by staff, outside providers, or peers; development of an Individualized Service Plan; case managers coordinating involvement with the Department of Children and Families, parole, probation, medical, mental health, and education agencies. Referrals made to outside agencies; daily living skills, psycho-educational groups, medication monitoring, relapse prevention, nutrition education, discharge/after-care planning. Average length of stay is 4-9 months.
