Details: The Court Services Program provides assessment, evaluation, case coordination, and referral information to the judiciary system, probation/parole officers, and other social service agencies. This program is totally funded by fees from individuals served. Programs include court ordered evaluations and treatment, DUI Court, Drug Court and Parole Program. The goal of treatment court is to change the behaviors of nonviolent, felony drug possession offenders, as well as nonviolent multiple DUI offenders, so they may have the opportunity to work toward achieving a life free of dependence on mind/mood altering substances, and the harmful activities associated with substance dependence.
