Details: The Quest House is a 26 bed, residential, co-ed facility, providing treatment for substance abuse, and other related problems for parolees who are eligible for Substance Abuse Services Coordinating Agency (SASCA) funded services and for other referrals. The program can serve Regular SASCA, SB1453 SASCA, In Custody Drug Treatment Program (ICDTP) SASCA and Mandatory Conditions of Parole (MCOP) referrals. There are some variations with the different program stipulations and regulations based upon SASCA Guidelines, which will affect different aspects of each resident’s treatment episode. The Quest House may also provide services for other California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) funded referrals and may be an appropriate facility for private pay individuals that are seeking treatment due to legal issues. Program resources are in a therapeutic atmosphere with parolees giving support and cross-training to one another in a structured accountable environment. Regardless of individual circumstances, deficits and backgrounds, people have the ability to change and grow, to lead healthy law-abiding productive lifestyles. Services are geared to maximize the resources available through the program. Through a mix of individualized and group services, the resident is exposed to programming that is basic and suitable, as well as counseling and treatment activities geared to their specific needs.
