Details: The Co-Occurring Disorders Program is an integrated, comprehensive, consumer-centered mental health services program that focuses on adults with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. This program works to support the consumer in recovery and self-sufficiency. The Co-Occurring Disorders Program is a contracted service of Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health under the Mental Health Services Act. We provide intensive community based mental health services to those clients who have a severe mental illness and co occurring substance abuse or dependency.
