Details: MHS Teen Recovery Center (TRC) provides outpatient substance abuse services to adolescents, offering counseling, education and support. All our services are appropriate to the level of care necessary for our young clients to successfully address their issues. We partner with San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) Juvenile Court and Community School to provide an integrated school and treatment program. This Day Care Habilitative (DCH) program allows school and intensive outpatient treatment to take place in one setting. We also have an outpatient drug free program that provides a lower level of care when appropriate. We recognize that drugs and alcohol affect the entire family. Our program is designed to offer young adults the opportunity to learn and to make the changes needed to survive drug abuse, as well as to support the entire family and assist them in learning new directions and happier lifestyles.
