Details: Community Mental Health Center is a provider of comprehensive mental health services, offering inpatient, outpatient, home-based, school, and community-based programs to individuals and families in Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties in Southeastern Indiana. Substance Use Services - Services are based on the philosophy that substance use issues must be addressed in an individualized manner with assessment to determine the possible presence of mental health issues. Services are primarily offered in outpatient offices but can be integrated into any of our other programs.
