Details: LifeSpring’s Integrated Treatment Center is a modern 10,000 square foot facility that provides a bright, attractive environment for clients seeking recovery from their behavioral health & addiction issues in an outpatient setting. The Center is open to men and women, ages 18 and over. Individual, group therapy and other services are provided in comfortable, relaxed surroundings, with the focus on a holistic approach to client care and wellness. The Integrated Treatment Center serves the needs of adults struggling with the co-occurring disorders of chemical dependency and mental illness. The only center of its kind in our service area, the Integrated Treatment Center provides the tools necessary for clients to learn how to be sober and manage persistent mental illness. At the Integrated Treatment Center, each person is treated with professional respect and confidentiality. Treatment begins with the completion of a comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessment to determine the nature and extent of the client’s substance abuse and behavioral health concerns. Based on this assessment, and combined with client input, the LifeSpring Treatment Team develops an Individual Treatment Plan, tailored to address the specific needs of the individual. The Individual Treatment Plan may involve a comprehensive array of caregivers; physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and support staff to ensure each client receives the type of services and treatment that will support them in learning healthy lifestyle changes on their road to recovery.
