Details: Cole House is a treatment provider offering a 12-step Social Model Residential Program for men suffering from the disease of drug addiction and alcoholism. Our residents receive care of the highest of standards in a warm, welcoming adobe style family home. We have 1 staff for every 4 residents, allowing us to deliver care based on your individual needs and allowing us to remain focused with you on your road to recovery in an environment designed to provide structure, education and guidance during the primary treatment phase. Our staff is highly trained and experienced in addictions and recovery and have, themselves, found the SOLUTION. Cole House started as a Sober Living Environment in the 1990's. The founder, after having suffered from alcoholism and drug-addiction found a way out, the solution. His vision was to offer this time-tested method of recovery, the 12 steps, in a program designed to teach the suffering how to realize a true life of sobriety through a series of steps and applications. Our treatment program opened its doors in 2000, incorporated in 2002 and are committed to continue treating men suffering from this disease. Drug addiction and alcoholism is a disease that is progressive and leads to a state of futility and hopelessness. Without recovery the result is hospitals, institutions and even death. Approximately 80% of those utilizing our program complete the 12-step process and are equiped with the tools to achieve a life of sobriety, accomplishment and fulfillment. When a resident has completed his primary treatment, he may be eligible to transition to our Sober Living Environment. This is a Transitional Phase which allows a resident the opportunity to re-enter the mainstream of everyday life while acheiving duration and continuance and now implementing plans to improve life's circumstances.
