Details: Substance Abuse Programs specialize in results-oriented treatment services for individuals 18 and older, who need medical assistance to cease the use of heroin, and for those individuals at risk for HIV infection. Services are available to residents of the Southeast sector of San Francisco, and focus on a predominantly African American population. However, services are available to all cultural and ethnic groups in San Francisco.
