Details: The Adolescent CSTAR Program provides substance use treatment services to male and female adolescents specifically 12-17 years of age. Individuals are accepted without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability, or sexual orientation. To qualify for services, adolescents must have a substance use diagnosis as determined by a licensed diagnostician. Adolescents in the level 1 residential treatment component must also be certified for services by a physician. The West Plains Adolescent CSTAR treatment center is located off Highway 63 in West Plains, MO at 3411 Division Drive. The West Plains residential group home is also located on the same campus as the business office/treatment center at 3403 Division Drive.
