Details: The General CSTAR Program serves male and female adults aged 17 years plus 9 months of age and over. Individuals are accepted without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability or sexual orientation. To qualify for services, person(s)-served must have a substance use disorder/dependence diagnosis as determined by a licensed/provisionally licensed diagnostician. The Turning Leaf Center treatment center is located off 63 Hwy at 1015 Lanton Road. The Turning Leaf General CSTAR Program provides social detoxification, Level I Residential treatment, Level I day treatment, Intensive Outpatient treatment and Outpatient Supported Recovery treatment services, and Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program (SATOP). The business office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Missouri Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Programs (SATOP) provides or arranges for assessment, screening, education and rehabilitation. SATOP is a nationwide system of comprehensive, accessible, community-based education and treatment designed for individuals arrested for alcohol and drug-related offenses.
