Details: Bridgeway Behavioral Health offers a full range of treatment services based on each individual’s specific needs and circumstances. Our Women’s Residential Program is conveniently located in St. Charles, MO right off of Interstate 70 at Fifth Street. The length of stay in residential programming is dependent on individual needs with stays ranging anywhere from 10 days to 30 days. Pregnant women can stay their entire pregnancy through delivery and return with the baby for ongoing support during that critical time after the birth. Within the Women’s Residential program is the Children’s Program which is a licensed daycare facility and serves as a therapeutic support to women seeking treatment and not wanting to or have the ability to be away from their children for an extended time.
