Details: The Adolescent CSTAR Program provides substance use treatment services to male and female adolescents specifically 12-17 years of age. Individuals are accepted without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability, or sexual orientation. To qualify for services, adolescents must have a substance use diagnosis as determined by a licensed diagnostician. Adolescents in the level 1 residential treatment component must also be certified for services by a physician.
