We are located at 308 S. 10th Street Suite A in downtown Windom. Rainbow Behavioral Health Services Chartered offers comprehensive behavioral health services for all persons over the age of 7. Our professional staff includes a licensed psychologist who is also a licensed professional clinical counselor. Services offered include assessment and treatment for a wide range of presenting problems and disabilities. Our programs are designed to meet the unique challenges of recovery -from mental and emotional challenges.
