Details: Omada Behavioral Health Services in an outpatient substance use disorder clinic. We are licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for adults and teens. Our services include comprehensive assessments to determine the most appropriate level of care and resources, as well as individualized outpatient treatment programs to meet the needs of each client and their families. We also provide support both before and after an inpatient treatment.
