Details: CARF Accredited Clinton Counseling Center has provided outpatient counseling services to Macomb County residents since 1984 . We provide services to adults, adolescents, children and families in the areas of mental health, substance abuse/dependency and family work. Clinton Counseling Center is a private, non-profit organization. We are licensed through the State of Michigan and are accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities).
