Details: The Substance Abuse Prevention Group of Greater Battle Creek (SPGB Services, Inc.) is an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility. SPGB Services offers assistance with personal problems including substance and alcohol abuse, marital and family issues, emotional management and legal issues. Criminal referrals are made through circuit and district courts or attorneys and involve persons arrested for drinking and driving offenses, domestic violence, child custody, and criminal sexual conduct. SPGB Services provides services in the area of individual, family, and group therapy, psycho-educational groups and urine drug screening, and driver's license assessments. SPGB Services provides only outpatient treatment. Individuals requiring in-patient or residential care are referred to other providers.
