Details: The FACE program welcomes all individuals who identify a need for substance abuse and/or Co-Occurring, (mental health and substance abuse) disorders services. We provide Outpatient, Case Management, Women Specific and Co-Occurring Disorder Services. The goal of the FACE program is to promote abstinence from alcohol and other drugs as well as address any Co-Occurrence of mental health concerns through a strength based recovery approach. We work collaboratively with several professionals in effort to provide comprehensive recovery oriented care and to ensure the all consumers receive services based on his or her individualized needs.
