Details: Detroit Central City Community Mental Health (DCC) has served the community for 40 years and is one of the Midtown Detroit area’s first non-profit community mental health agencies. We meet the needs of approximately 4,000 persons annually - providing food, clothing, shelter, employment and treatment services. We have a vast service area which comprises all of Wayne County, Michigan. Since inception, DCC has led the way for innovation in community mental health and is a recognized leader in Detroit and Wayne County. Examples of our innovation include DCC’s client run Inner City clubhouse, supportive housing, employment, literacy, and peer support specialist programs.
