Details: Team Coordinating Agency, Inc. (TCA) began in 1966 as a grass roots community effort to address a growing drug and alcohol abuse problem in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The mission of the Ambulatory Services Division is to provide the highest quality mental health, substance abuse treatment and prevention to our consumers. We accomplish this by serving all with respect and dignity in an environment that supports individual and families in their personal development.
