Details: Entrance into the Substance Abuse Intervention programs begins with a comprehensive assessment. Our goal is evaluate and assist each client to make the changes needed to allow her/him to move forward toward valued goals. Clients are matched with the most appropriate services: individual, family or group treatment or some combination. We provide services to adults, adolescents and families. Assessment and treatment planning are an ongoing process of collaboration between client and therapist which can lead to referrals to other services in the community when needed. We have strong collaborative relationships with area detoxification and short-term inpatient programs, local partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs and will help clients make those connections when acute intervention in needed. We offer a range of groups to support the power of connection in facilitating the process of change.
