Details: Inpatient Detoxification: Spectrum offers inpatient detoxification programs which provide 24-hour medical supervision and nursing care to ensure safe withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs for physically addicted adults. Emphasis is placed on engaging clients in continued treatment following the completion of detoxification. Length of stay ranges up to six days. Transitional Support Services: Located at our Westborough Treatment Campus, Spectrum operates a 30-bed short-term residential program offering Transitional Support Services (TSS) for men and women who require additional stabilization following detoxification. Case managers meet with clients to develop and implement an individual service plan in order to prepare for the next phase of their recovery. Daily psycho-educational groups are held to address the needs of clients in transition. Length of stay ranges up to 30 days.
