Details: Structured Outpatient Addictions Program (SOAP) is a clinically intensive, highly structured day or evening program for individuals in their early stages of recovery. Individuals attend the program daily for six to seven hours. They meet with counselors, case managers and therapists individually and in groups to address various aspects of their lives in order to achieve stable long-term recovery. From the intake, there is a focus on after-care planning in the program so that success can be sustained after completion. The success of the LHI SOAP has been outstanding in helping individuals meet their life, housing, and job goals while they regain confidence in their ability to stay clean and sober.
