Details: Harmony House is a 26-bed residential recovery treatment program for men ages 21and over who are recovering from a substance use disorder. This includes chronically homeless individuals and men reintegrating to community living. The average length of stay is 4- 6 months. Services include individual & group counseling, Individualized Treatment planning, substance abuse education, Relapse Prevention, life skills training, health/nutrition education; Referrals to mental health and medical care; educational/vocational services; and sober housing.
