Details: White Flint Recovery recognizes that addiction is a medical illness that affects the person, the family, the work environment, and the community. Although White Flint Recovery understands that there are various approaches to the treatment of addiction, we believe that the illness is best treated using abstinence in a supportive setting with counseling. The combination of support and counseling best meets the needs of our clients. An attainable goal for the majority of our clients is rehabilitation to a level of productive employment, ability to live as a responsible citizen, and ability to support a family. The ultimate goal for most, although not always attainable, is to be totally drug and alcohol free upon completion of the program
