Details: Epoch Counseling Center is a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for people whose lives have been adversely affected by alcohol and other drugs. We also provide counseling services for a variety of mental health conditions. Epoch has been providing valuable services to the community of Baltimore County for over 40 years. We provide a variety of therapeutic, preventive and educational services to children, teenagers, adults and their families. In addition, we offer mental health and substance abuse education to community organizations.
