Details: For the last three decades, Powell Recovery Center has been a center for alcohol and drug treatment within the Baltimore city area. Our staff of mental health and substance abuse professionals stand by ready to provide immediate treatment. We are one of the largest alcohol and drug treatment facilities in Baltimore and are proud of our "Treatment on Demand" services. This means most clients will be scheduled for admissions within 24-72 hours after the first call to Powell. Powell Recovery Center is a proud member of the Baltimore community.
