Details: The Mental Illness and Substance Abuse (MISA) treatment team provides outpatient services for those who have a co-occurring mental illness and a current or recent substance abuse problem. The mental illnesses occurring most commonly among patients in the program are Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, and Schizophrenia. To participate, patients must make a commitment to stopping the use of alcohol and other drugs. Individual therapy, group therapy, medication management and urine testing are a core part of the treatment structure. We do not offer suboxone or detox services.
