Details: Recovery In Community ("RIC") is a State of Maryland certified substance abuse treatment program operating in the Franklin Square, Boyd-Booth and Fayette Street outreach communities of Southwest Baltimore. RIC is an intensive multi-tiered intervention based on the principle that such complex issues as substance abuse, crime, and unemployment require a response that is pervasive and transforming in its approach, at both an individual and community level.
