Details: THE SEWELL CENTER provides assessment, intervention, and stabilization services for families whose youth are identified with an emotional/behavioral crisis that exceeds current resources and/or are currently at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or out of home placement. The Sewell Center also provides consultation and education to community agencies regarding specific cases, crisis intervention techniques and program planning. Service coordination to children and their families who are in crisis is also available. THE SEWELL CENTER (Focus Recovery Center) provides residential treatment for male and female children ages 2-18. Services include individual, group and family counseling, alcohol/drug education, relapse prevention, recreation, referrals and case management. The Sewell Center is located at Hwy 15 N in Jackson, Kentucky.
