Details: Anchor Counseling serves Central Kentucky with offices in both Lexington and Flemingsburg. We provide counseling for individuals in stress. We help couples who have concerns about their relationship and who want to learn how to communicate in a more loving way. We help adolescents with behavioral problems become more mature and responsible. Our marriage counseling is faith-based, but we welcome clients from all faiths and even those who have no religious beliefs.
