Details: The New Horizons staff is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients and their families by addressing chemical dependency issues in a confidential and caring manner through prevention, assessment, and comprehensive outpatient treatment services. New Horizons, a department of Trinity Muscatine, has been providing chemical dependency services in Muscatine since 1985. We have grown from one counselor to eleven full-time staff, which includes two prevention specialists.
