Details: The Prairie Counseling Center (PCC) is a community behavioral health clinic funded to provide comprehensive community based services for mental health and substance abuse issues. The service area is Bond County as well as surrounding counties. The Center is partially funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse and Office of Mental Health.
