Details: The Central East Alcoholism and Drug (CEAD) Council is a community based, not-for-profit corporation offering services to address chemical abuse, dependency and other therapeutic needs. CEAD Council was originally incorporated in 1972 and opened its first facility early in 1973. Adult Outpatient Services are designed to maximize therapeutic benefits for a healthy lifestyle while allowing the client to continue normal employment, family and social interactions. Adult Outpatient Services strive to assist the individual in attaining “balance and moderation†in his / her life through individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
