Details: The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides an alternative for people who need more than weekly outpatient therapy sessions. This level of care provides support, education, and guidance. Through these services, individuals learn to cope, manage stress, and increase self-esteem. The IOP is offered three hours a day, three to five days a week.
