Details: Upper Valley Resource and Counseling Center was established in response to the growing Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment needs of Southeastern Idaho. Upper Valley is locally owned and operated and focused on meeting the needs of the residents Rexburg, St. Anthony, Sugar City, Rigby and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide community services that are timely, empowering, and based on sound psychosocial principles.
