Details: The Hawaii Counseling and Education Center, Inc. (HCEC) has been providing a full range of counseling, education and training services since 1985. HCEC staff are approved providers for most of Hawaii's private health insurance carriers and are available to see clients by appointment seven days a week. The staff facilitates community workshops and anger management, domestic violence and youth restorative justice groups. It currently holds or has held contracts with the Hawaii State Judiciary, City & County of Honolulu, Hawaii State Departments of Education, Health and Public Safety and the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation.
