Details: Hanley Center, part of the Caron Treatment Centers family of addiction treatment centers, is set in a tropical campus in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Hanley Center provides a broad range of programs based on the most advanced research in the disease of addiction. From detoxification and medical stabilization to individualized treatment and continuing-care planning, Hanley Center prides itself on offering the most innovative and effective treatment programs designed by professional experts. With 86 treatment beds, Hanley Center offers residential primary addiction treatment for: Men and women (ages 18+), Baby Boomers (ages 48-64), Older Adults (ages 65+). The innovative Baby Boomer and Older Adult residential addiction treatment programs are tailored to these unique stages of life. These programs ensure patients leave with the necessary skills to move forward on their journey of recovery. Hanley Center was the first treatment center on the East Coast to implement revolutionary SPECT technology. By measuring blood flow to the brain, a SPECT scan can detect evidence of brain trauma, depression, and brain malfunctions that can contribute to addiction. Additionally, Hanley Center encourages families to be active in their loved one’s recovery by attending the Family Program. Families who participate gain insight into the ways in which they have been affected by the disease of chemical dependency. Through the Family Program at Hanley Center, they learn the skills necessary to recover from the effects of the disease.
