Details: The Connection Counseling Centers are licensed outpatient substance use and mental health treatment centers, located in Middletown, Old Saybrook, Groton, Meriden, New Haven (2 locations) and Norwich. The Connection Counseling Centers serve individuals who are 18 years or older as well as family members or friends who may be experiencing any mental health disorder (including substance abuse). Individual and group counseling as well as case management services are offered. Self-referrals or referrals from other providers or state agencies are welcomed.
