Details: Recovery House is a transitional living environment for people in recovery. Based in New Haven, the program offers clients a positive sense of direction toward recovery by providing a safe, sober, supportive and structured transitional living environment. Recovery House provides temporary housing and support services for male and female adults who have a substance abuse disorder or co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. As a transitional program for people in recovery, the program expects to reduce rates of client relapse, reduce rates of service utilization, and enhance the health of our communities.
