Details: Blue Hills provides services to walk-ins and to referrals from family members, hospital ERs and inpatient units, area substance abuse and mental health clinics, community agencies, case managers, courts, probation, and other sources. Our Admissions Office, staffed by nurses and physicians 24/7, conducts an initial screening to determine the most appropriate level of care and treatment. Triage may be to our Acute or Intermediate unit, or to a different facility if we do not provide the required care. Blue Hills provides thorough assessments and individualized treatment planning through a comprehensive team of caring professionals in a welcoming and safe environment. Our goals are to stabilize as well as build coping skills to help people move into the recovery zone.
