Details: Sobriety House announced in October 2007 its merger with The Phoenix Concept, a transitional residential treatment facility in downtown Denver. Sobriety House is the remaining corporate entity. Ray Haworth founded the Phoenix Concept, Inc. in 1988 with the mission of providing addiction recovery and safe refuge to homeless men. The Phoenix Concept provides six months of residential and ongoing outpatient services to men suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health issues. It is also licensed to offer assisted living.
