Details: The Empire Hotel Alcohol Rehabilitation, Inc., (EHARC,Inc.), dba Empire Recovery Center, Inc., is a non-profit agency whose purpose is to provide substance use disorder treatment opportunities through a continuum of services, including short term detoxification, residential, and outpatient treatment programs. Our programs use evidence-based tools, social model, peer-group oriented recovery, and introduction to 12 step programs (AA, NA, Alanon), alumni and family groups.​ Outpatient services provide recovery opportunities, including social-model counseling, alcohol and drug education, referrals for vocational, community and health resources. Both outpatient settings are contracted to provide DEJ (Deferred Entry Judgment) programs, and provide AB 109 services, adolescent and adult treatment emphases, relapse prevention, recovery planning, group process and Moral Reconation Therapy.
