Details: Tri-Cities Discovery Center has provided confidential alcohol and drug counseling services to the residents of West Contra Costa County since 1976. The members of our friendly staff assist individuals and their families in recovery by providing appropriate outpatient treatment options and supportive services. We also provide information and referrals to other programs and services throughout the Bay Area. Tri-Cities Discovery Center is a County-operated program that shares the Division’s System of Care Mission to advocate for alcohol and drug free communities by promoting individual and family responsibilities, hope and self-sufficiency. Our counselors are Registered Addiction Specialists, with over 150 years of knowledge and experience in the field of alcohol and drug addiction. Our program is certified by the State of California.
